How do I sign up for the Wash Club?
The fastest and easiest way to join is by visiting this page. You can also stop by our Palm Harbor location to use any of our onsite kiosks.
When will I be billed for my membership?
Your method of payment will be autobilled at the beginning of each month.
I changed my car or license plate. What should I do?
Just visit your Manage Membership page to change your information. Or, talk to any team member at our Palm Harbor location.
Our family has multiple cars. Do we get a discount?
Yes! Once you have your first car on a Wash Club plan, each additional family car can join the same plan at a 20% discount.
Do veterans and first responders get a discount?
Yes! To show our appreciation to our active-duty military, veterans, police, fire and medical personnel, we’re proud to extend a 15% discount on all single wash and Wash Club plans.
Can I pause my plan?
Sure! Just visit your Manage Membership page to choose the length of the pause at least seven days prior to your monthly renewal.
How do I cancel my plan?
Just call 727-777-4226 or visit our Palm Harbor location to cancel at least seven days prior to your monthly renewal. You can also use the Manage Membership page.
